Discover this charming first-floor apt, nestled on a quiet dead-end street in the heart of downtown Newport. This Victorian building dates back to 1865, and boasts classic hardwood floors, tall ceilings, big bright windows that flood the space with natural light, an eat in kitchen, and convenient built-ins. The thoughtful layout includes interior access to shared laundry and additional storage. Ideally located just steps from the harbor, Bellevue Avenue's shops and attractions, and all the vibrant energy of Newport's historic district, this home offers off-street parking for added convenience. All utilities are included, and the property is in excellent condition. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or easy access to marinas, dining, and waterfront activities, this first-floor condo delivers comfort and prime location in one of Rhode Island's most desirable coastal communities. This home is available now for a short term stay of 4 months or less at a time.
